How do I purchase items?
To purchase an item, click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your Shopping Cart. Items in My Shopping Cart are not reserved for you and are available for others to buy so make sure you act fast if there is something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'Out of Stock' or 'Sold Out'.
Do you have a physical store I can visit? How can I buy items pieces in person.
Currently, LÁAYO does not have a physical store but we have an e-commerce shop? WE will be hosting frequent being pop up shops!!! Keep up to date with our upcoming pop ups and events by sign up to our email/newsletter.
I noticed that an item is out of stock! When will this be re-stocked?
If an item is listed on the LÁAYO website, but is marked as 'sold out,' we are very likely to restock. Unless it is a limited-edition item. If you do not see the item listed on the website but you saw it in a past Look Book or on Instagram. We will try to re-stock our items as quickly as possible; please allow a few days for the item to be re-stocked.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do!!!
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. All pre-ordered items will be with you within three weeks of your placing the order unless stated otherwise.
How long will it take to deliver my item?
The delivery duration depends on where the item is being delivered to. Deliveries within the UK will normally be quicker than international deliveries. We ship within 2-3 days and ship via Royal Mail.

My item has not been delivered, what should I do?
Check the tracking information that was sent to you to see where the order is, and how long it will take to get to you. If it states it has been delivered and you still have not received your order, please at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
