Shipping & Returns
All LÁAYO deliveries may not necessarily need signature upon acceptance. For the UK, all merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days and arrives latest within a further 3 working days.
International delivery is not currently available.
Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address to ensure your Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered", LÁAYO will not process a refund for that package. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA ROYAL MAIL IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.
By purchasing our products, you agree to the following:
- You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once it leaves
LÁAYO offices and you are provided with a tracking number.
Please note: Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal services to see if their items have arrived to any country outside of the United kingdom. Once the package leaves LÁAYO studios, and the customer is provided with a tracking number, LÁAYO no longer has control of the item. If any item is marked as "delivered", LÁAYO will not process a refund for the item. If a package is returned to LÁAYO because it was marked as "unclaimed", LÁAYO will process a refund (minus the shipping costs) for the item(s).

Please note: If a package is marked as "undeliverable" and/or "unclaimed" and is returned to LÁAYO, we will automatically process the customer a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. We will not re-send the package.
- Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange. However, our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure that if you do need to, it is a stress-free process.
If you need to return or exchange any merchandise, please first send an email to email@example.com for approval. Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. It must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.
You may return your item(s) within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for a refund of online store credit, minus the shipping charges. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our standard shipping/handling fee from the original amount. Online store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges. Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour.
Please not that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. White tees and sweatshirts are non returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangable. All accessories, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks and bodysuits cannot be returned.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving the item. However, please note that your bank may take longer to process this.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a detective item or a mistake made by LÁAYO, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement to you.
If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
Refunds, exchanges and processing
To get a refund or exchange an item :
Please Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with (i) your order number, (ii) desired items to return/exchange and (iii) the return/exchange reason.
Once return merchandise packages are received, we will contact you with the results of processing and the refund options.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
Return shipping for defect garments will be granted.
